Interrogation Bulleye Continuously re-matching, how to solve this issue?
Hi Team,
I am doing the webpage interrogation and while interrogating observed that the bulleye is continuously re-matching the controls and turning into yellow color,
Sometimes it hang if the re-matching is taking time to appear on screen.
Dont' know if i am doing something wrong or if there is an issue in website or matching rules?
Anyone from Pega family has encountered this issue before? What is the solution to solve this issue.

What is the website? Is it internal or external? Are you running as an admin? What is the version of windows, openspan, and IE?

The rematching occurs based on events from the webpage. You can try messing with the adapter properties if this particular webpage is "noisy".
- First try a different page for the StartPage and then navigate to the one you want to interrogate. Is it any different?
- Try removing the values from RematchEvents, one by one. (if no change - reset to default)
- Try adding an AdvancedConfiguration item, QueueRematchEvents = true (
- What does this do? >>> Immediately consecutive rematch events are coalesced and sent to the adapter; no more than once every 200 milliseconds and no less than once every 2 seconds)
