Pega Licensing Agreement

Hi,

I had a question related to pega licensing agreement. Is it okay if My organization buy pega license and after building an application they later sell it to different vendor? Could pega charge anything extra for this new application?

I think the link you shared above is for pega cloud subscription. I wanted to check if my organization purchase the license of pega enterprise edition, would they have authority to sell all the products built on it to other vendors?
