Unable to create ruleset version

Hi,

I am unable to create ruleset version due to the following error. Please let me know if you have any solution.

There are a couple of hot fixes that address an issue where a blank modal appeared when trying to create a new ruleset version.

Pega 7.3.1: HFix-42996
Pega 7.4: HFix-44987
