Pega Change Manager Behaviour when Server Instance is Down

What is the behaviour if/when the PCM Server is down? Will this prevent check-ins or submission for check-ins (with violations) from being committed in source systems?

Hi

PCM will continue to work without any issue if Application Server is down. But it might throw error if database of PCM Server is down/unreachable.
