Change Operator Timezone from Manager Portal

Hi,

Can an operator timezone be changed from Manager Portal.
The manager portal gives option for changing operation preferences, but not time zone.
Can the portal be changed to incorporate this requirement by custom development.

Hi

Yes you should be able to customize the portal.

 

We have done the same in our application by cutomising a portal, where Operators can be search and the details are loaded for editing and save
