Can Manager Portal show the history of changing of delegated rule and restore from it?

When a decision table rule is delegated and a manager changes the rule, I see that an administrator can confirm the history of the rule on the designer studio and can open the rule of each version and can restore from it.

I would like to know wheter the manager can do same operations.

In other words, can the manager portal show every version of a delegated rule?

And can a manager restore the delegated rule from history?
