On hover of operator ID from end-user/Manager portal, instead of operator full name, display Operator Role
I have a requirement to display operator role on hover of operator ID from end-user/Manager portal, instead of operator full name. How can we achieve this?

@Minhaj Check the property which contains the "role" on operator instance and try to update the configuration in the section
