We need to change the behaviour of the refresh button in pzShowConflict section. Do you know how to achieve that?

For more details, the problem is when users are performing a local action on the internal assignment (run local action on review harness), if the case is not up-to-date, that error message will show up. However, if users click refresh, it brings back to the internal assignment. We do not want that happens since completing internal assignment screws up the case (You can check other post here for more information). One of the proposed solution is clicking "Refresh" button will reopen the case instead of the current behaviour.
