Is there any method or function to obtain the stage names of a case type?
Is there any method or function to obtain the stage names of a case type? I have run into a situation in Sales Automation where stage names for opportunity case type were hard coded in the lead conversion functionality. As a result things broke when we changed the case stages of the Opportunity Case Type as per our requirements.
If there is a method or function that can return me all of the stage names of a case type, then I can use that to obtain my case type's first stage and can remove the hard-coding.

I think you can check via LiveUI how the stage view is getting populated.
This will give the stage names. The only thing you might not get is the alternate stage name.
