Display of Case Stage Names – To & Fro different users
Hi All,
Could the Stage Names label and color could be changed dynamically (including pyStageName, pyNextStageStatus and pyStageStatus options) using OOTB features.
For Example – Display of Case Stages at runtime
Scenario 1: Application Submitted (inactive) à Application Approved (in active) à Site Visit (in active) à Publish Site Details (inactive)à Site Review (Active)
Scenario 2: Application Submitted (inactive) à Application Approved (in active) à Edit Site Visit (active) à Publish Site Details (inactive)à Site Review (inactive)
Please lets us know if anyone had changed the default data page (D_CaseStages_XXX) and other setting to change the pyStageName, pyNextStageStatus and pyStageStatus (including the colour of Stage based on Stage status)
If the above approach not advisable, then we planning to display of the above scenarios based on the image with condition (like Scenario 1 Case Stage names will be displayed when it is in Site Review status and Scenario 2 - Case Stage names will be displayed when it is in Edit Site status).

We should not (can't) update D_CaseStages in order to display different label in case runtime. However, the section which renders all stages and corresponding processes and steps at runtime is an available rule and we can definitely override the same as per our requirement.
