Application Specific access groups/roles within PDC
Need to know if we can have roles defined within PDC for different applications. Currently we have Manager role and User role.
Can we create application specific roles within PDC so that particular operator will see the alerts and Dashboard data specific to particular application only.
Right now I am able to separate system specific access within PDC but not for the apps within.

Hi Sonal,
Unfortunately, there is currently no way in PDC to customize existing roles or create new ones.
The good news is that the new version of the Improvement Plan released recently contains a drop-down box that allows you to show only work items for a specific application:
We will continue to work on adding filtering by applications to other parts of PDC in the future.

Currently I am testing Operator access, even though I am giving only one system access to the operator, I am able to see all systems when logged in with the operator ID. Is this a bug within PDC?

Hi Sonal,
The problem with the Operator access to systems that you noticed has also been spotted and fixed by the development team in the previous sprint. We're currently in the process of rolling out the new version of PDC to all production systems. Please be patient and give us couple more days and after that this issue should be fixed.
