Want to check if there is a tool to upload install logs and analyze. PLA doesnt seem to take it

Unable to upload logs like CLI-Update-log-May-08-2018-20-43-18.log to PLA. It would be really helpful if PLA can accept this.

Hello Manoj,

 

There is a possibility that the log file isn't complete.

Check the start and end of the log file to see if there is missing text. If not, then you may have to remove any unformatted exceptions from the log files manually before opening it in PLA.

You may also want to check free online log viewers for this.

If nothing of above checks out then you may want to post a couple of entries from this log file so that others could confirm if the formatting is correct.
