Clear attachments on PEGA case

Hi All,

I have create PEGA retrieve documents, which automatic attached documents to PEGA case by input folder name. But if new folder name inserted, new document attached and old documents are still on attachment list.

I need to clear all old attachments on PEGA case if new folder name inserted, only new documents attached on PEGA case.

How to do that requirement?

Try using out of the box activity like : DeleteAttchments to remove the old attachments.

This activity is available and can be modified as per business needs.

Thank you so much, it works.

Fill "WorkPageName" with .pyAttachments(index).pxLinkedRefFrom

Fill "LinkHandle" with .pyAttachments(index).pzInsKey

Check "SkipHarness"

Use "Refresh-Current harness" and add "RefreshOnConflicts" activity.
