How to limit total attachments (not one) size for a case?

Hi,

Is there an OOTB way to limit the total size of attachments attached to a case? I know about DSS setting to limit MaximumFileUploadSizeMB but that's only for a single attachment. I want avoid a scenario where say if I attach 'n' of them and total size (i.e. n x MaximumFileUploadSizeMB) reaches to 20+MB
