creating child case on click of a button

Hi Guys,

I have a scenario,It consists of a radio button which fires a local action, in which the user can enter his comments and commit his changes using the submit button provided.

My question is when the user clicks the submit button, the comments provided in the text box must be saved as a child case. how to achieve this condition?

In the flow action post processing activity, create work page of class child case and call Work-.AddWork activity on that workpage, this would create the child case .

Set the user entered comments on the work page so that they will be captured as part of the case data.
