Control Access to Data in a Report
We have a use case to display different data set to users based on there country, everything else w.r.t the columns users sees in the report is the same just that users should not see data from another country. We are planning to use user's Access group to define user's access to various parts of the custom portal we are building. How can we tie the Access groups for a user to filter the data user sees in a report ? Or is there any other better way to achieve the end goal?

HI Anand,
You can achieve this requirement with the help of data page. You can check the access group and get the required filter value which can passed to RD directly. Don't forget to mention the data page on pages and classes tab of RD.
Or
You can also you an SQL function (CASE WHEN) if the way to figure out the manager is part of row itself or is being passed as a parameter to the report definition. Please refer - https://docs-previous.pega.com/how-create-custom-sql-functions-reporting
