Report Browser Access

How do you give Report Browser access (view, create, edit reports, etc.) to users with non developer access groups/roles?

I'm referencing this page:

I've tried using the ReportWizard privilege, but that is not completely successful. Operators with this Privilege are still lacking full access.

Hi @DevinD16607791, this might be due to access roles for your end users do not have right priveleges to reports.

you  might have to add the Rule-obj-Report class to access role and define the required accesses. you can also add the work classes, or assignments classess or any other classess requires execute reports privelge. 

please try updating access roles for your user' s access groups and check, refer the attached document.
