Yes, if you are using a QA instance of a website and the QA version is identical to the Prod version, your automations should work fine. The only thing that really comes to mind is when you interrogate a webpage, you will need to consider changing the URL match rule before deploying to that machine. You can choose to use a different match rule altogether or keep it and just remember to change it appropriately.
