In Chrome and Firefox, methods(Perform Click)are not working on WhatsApp web page
- Unable to perform click operations on WhatsApp web page.
- Even though click event occurred in test methods it’s not happening on web page.
- Couldn’t able to get frames by unchecking create global webpage during interrogation.
- Need frames to perform Send Keys method.

What version of Pega Robotics are you using? Have you tried raising the events on the search field to indicate text has been entered? Check F12 Developer Tools for the HTML events attached to those targets and try raising those events on them.

We are using Pega Robotics Studio 8.0.1045.0. There are no HTML events attached to the webpage. Here I attached the screenshot for HTML events. Even though I tried raising events like onclick, onkeydown. The changes are not reflecting on the webpage

Your screenshot does not prove to me that there is not an event attached to the control... Did you also check the Event Listeners tab (shown in your screenshot)? Based on your second screenshot, your JavaScript function is dispatching a KeyBoard event to the document level.. it is essentially doing nothing.
I would go through the Test Methods of the input control and raise the 'onchange' event or ... if you find other events, also raise those... then try clicking on the button ... or try raising the click event on it. For this use the RaiseEvent method (in test methods there are two RaiseEvent methods, try both).
