Pega Pulse to specific operator

Hi Team,

Pega Pulse is used to communicate message/file/URL to other operators Working on same case to all the operators of Work Group. But is there any way we can target a Pulse message to specific user privately [that should be visible to him only]

Please confirm.

Hi Rajesh,

There is no 'direct message' equivalent in Pega Pulse; everything is visible on the Pulse Stream.

(Earlier versions of Pega Pulse *did* have a 'Private Message' feature; but this was removed deliberately)

Hi John, thanks for your reply, may I know the reasons why it was removed. Any issue that Pega Team observed when customer used this feature. There is requirement in our project so wanted to be aware if we try this [by some customisation] what could go wrong / issues might come.
