Unable to complete first exercise

Hi. I am unable to create a new case type which is part of the first exercise on the Business Architect Essentials course. When I try, I receive a pop up error message advising there has been an issue and I should contact the system administrator. Any ideas??

Two possible fixes:

Are you using IE Edge?  The Edge browser is not supported so please try a different browser.

If you are using a supported browser then delete the browser cache (History) will generally fix this issue.

Hi I have the same problem

I tried in multiple browsers

I get error (same error) also tried to clear cache etc - nothing works

Can you help urgently?

I have already scheduled for the certification.
