Error on BeforeStart() of Design Component. Microsoft Excel 2016 is not present.

Hello ,

I have a situation that we develop the whole RPA process with office 2016 ,specifically I used the excel and outlook connectors then I deployed and its work fine with me ..

But the client has office 2010 , the deployed version didn't operate correctly , and show a message as attached :

What are the suggested solutions ?

When installing the Runtime, you must specify the version of Office that is installed on the machine.  This message appears when there is a mismatch between the version of Office actually installed on the machine and the version that was selected when Runtime was installed.  There are two ways to fix this,

  1. reinstall with the correct choices
  2. copy the dlls from the Office2010 folder in the install folder to the root of the install folder and update the OfficeVersion key in the RuntimeConfig.xml file
