Unable to interrogate a web application in Robotic studio

Hi All,

I am trying to interrogate a web application in Robotic Studio with the training URL "http://training.openspan.com".

When I have clicked on Start Interrogation for web application, IE got opened with the specified URL and content loaded successfully. But I cannot the see the Interrogation window (Bull's eye icon window), instead studio is prompting a window message (Screenshot attached).

first of all please check the proper installation has completed and try to Start Interrogation for web application. if it fails please try to change the BrowserBitness as "Default" in properties. it worked for me.

I have tried all the possibilities suggested from the PDN community, but doesn't worked out. So I believe there is some other software in the system which actually stopping this to work. Finally the issue resolved with reinstalling the operating system.
