As part our implementation (Pega V7.2.2), I am displaying the list of attachments using AttachmentListView section on the generated WO/Case.

When the case is generated, emails are triggered and displayed in the case as an attachment in attachmentlistview section under Correspondence attachment type. I was not able to expand the correspondence attachment type by default. But when we add one more attachment using attach content button manually. I was able to expand the correspondence attachment type in the Attachmentlistview section.

Any suggestions to fix the issue to expand the attachment types.
