Error connecting to server in Pega and RDA integration

Hi

We have Pega 7.3.1 and Robotic studio 1.0.1082, we are trying to connecting to Pega application using Robot Activity. We did all changes suggested in article like changes in StudioConfig.xml, RuntimeConfig.xml and provided the Class Name in the properties of Robot Activity, when we click on Fields , we get popup to provide server URL , username and password , after that when we click on 'GetCaseInformation', we are getting 'Error Connecting to Server'. I see below lines written in log.

Hi Marissa,

I was using Pega Enterprise Edition, may be missing some hotfixes, not sure, But I tried with Pega 7.3.1 Personal Edition , it went well, Open Span support helped me to configure the required XML files.

Hi @ShivaRamBhupathi! 

I'm using openspan runtime 8.0
It runs the solution without any problem when its run first and then the solution is loaded to it. 
But when I configure a task scheduler 'task' or a runtime 'shortcut' to run the solution it gives the attached error and exits.
