I want to prevent end users from creating a case and display a maintenance view when the data integration occurs.
Operator records are integrated from the external system.
Is it possible?

Do you mean you dont want them to login at all ?
Also What do you mean by data integration and what kind of activity does your system performs when your data integration takes place ?

I mean that I don't want them to login at all or to create a case.
Data integration means that Operator records (such as OperatorID, Unit, Access Group, and so on) are transferred from the external system (SAP success factor) to Pega system. The interface system between SAP SF and pega system is Informatica Cloud.
Pega system performs REST API when the data integration takes place.
