No user found error in logs

Dears,

My logs are throwing this piece of error often. I indeed have an operator with that name.

Why is this and how to avoid it. Inputs are appreciated.

The link was helpful to understand the context.

But still i am unsure why this error is being thrown repeatedly when i find that none of the users are logged in using this operator.
