Thank you for posting query in PDN.
Could you please let me know the Marketing and PRPC version at your end?
Is the issue happening when you are opening an already existing segment [which has already ran successfully] or which running a segment.
Could you please trace when you are run the segment and attach the tracer here.
May be you can also check in tracer at which step of activity PopulateSegmentTable [class:Rule-Obj-ReportDefinition-Segment , RS: PegaMKT-Engine], its failing.

the marketing console is showing PEGA 7.3.0
[Is the issue happening when you are opening an already existing segment [which has already ran successfully] or which running a segment.]
Issue happening for existing segment which previously working fine so suspect that the segment got corrupted ? ** i am not sure and don't know how to do the tracer that you mentioned.

Please check the log files and see if you can figure our the root cause of the error.
Was this segment rule migrated from a another environment to this one?

In the PegaRule log, it shows something like below ** not sure if this can lead to any error explaination:
Problem appending stream null
com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRRuntimeException: Section 'CriteriaRDViewer' execution error on page 'CriteriaRD' of class 'Rule-Obj-Report-Definition-Segment'. : null

Hi Vironicam,
I see a lot of exceptions in the log file that you have attache . I see there are NullPointerException as well as ComponentStackMismatch errors. This would require someone to spend a little more time to take a look and identify the issue. If this is happening for a customer and is impacting the work then I would recommend you to reach out to GCS an create a Support Request for someone to investigate.

Hi Shan2,
yes, it looks very complicated.
i have created new audience with the same filter condition and it works well.
Pega is a user friendly tool which can create audience easily rather debug on the error (although still curious why my old audience got corrupted :)
