We have a question regarding deduplication of Audience results. In our setup, a customer may have many accounts, and an account may have many subscribers. Our main class is Subscriber, hence our Audience results have one record for each subscriber (who matches the audience criteria.) This means that all our strategies work on the Subscriber class as it is the main one from our application perspective.

As you can see in the screenshot below, the Customer with customer_account_id = 1522525 has two distinct Subscribers under it who meet the Audience criteria.

So the customer will receive two offers. However, we only want the customer to receive only one offer. In addition to this, we want to customer to receive the highest offer (the offer the subscriber receives is decided in the Strategy).

Any ideas on how this can be achieved?

I believe we can't do much while creating the Audience Segment. Hence, I believe the configurations need to be done in the Strategy.
