Case is showing in my worklist but its not showing in my Team member workbasket
Case is showing in my worklist but its not showing in my Team member workbasket
Case count should be same while we are searching for both...but when i click with my name in Team member workbasket two cases are not showing
Result should not like that when i search count should be same for both

Your assignment will be either in worklist or workbasket , in your case the assignment is assigned to you and hence it can't be there in the workbasket unless u explicitly assign it to the workbasket.

Hi There,
To get the count, you can check the report definitions under assign-workbasket classes.
pyInstanceList Report would help you to list all the assignment that belongs to any workbasket.
You can customize the report to populate it for particular workbasket or populate even the count.

You can execute the below query directly in the DB if you have access to DB.
"Select count(*) as Count,pxAssignedOperatorID from DBSchema.pc_assign_workbasket group by pxAssignedOperatorID"
Replace DBSchema name with ur schema
Or, You can create a summary report in Assign-Workbasket class . The summary will give a total count.
