@Asif_Hasan, I have found a way to pass property reference or parameter directly to a message rule from a validate rule.

As per my understanding of your requirement, you want to dynamically display validation message?
Could you explain what is the business requirement to do so? such that we could check any alternate method for the same.
Though directly you can't pass a value in the message field in a validate rule.

@AsifHasan, Requirement is to display a value captured from user as a part of validation message.

You can use, pxAddMessageToPage function in a data tranform.
