Interrogation window is not popping up

Hi,

First time when I click on Start Interrogation, interrogation window is not popping up and the interrogation Stops automatically.

If again I click on Start Interrogation, it is throwing error like "Adapter Universal Web Application already Registered"

Please help me to resolve this issue.

This sometimes happens if you try to start the Universal Web Adapter without the Chrome Extension installed. Is that the case here?
