Unable to Interrogate A pop-up IE Window

Hi, Everyone.

We are working on an Web app (Internet Explorer) automation, that launches another IE window for saving the page to pdf.

Unlike other "save option" pages, the newly launched window couldn't be interrogated. The pop up window is launched via IE program and does not contain a URL link (see attached screenshot).

Is there a workaround to get the pop-up window interrogated? We've tried setting the hookchildprocess changing it to True/False but doesn't work.

This may be a separate process that Pega Robotics doesn't pick up as a child process. An alternative approach might be to setup a separate MonitorAll adapter for whatever process spins up and interrogate it through that.

Thanks for the reply, Mitchell. I think I shouldn't be asking this, but how do we setup a separate monitorall adapter ? Happy to follow if there's already an available document.

thanks, attached example where automation does not respond until I manually remove the pop-up window
