Unable to interrogate Chrome popup window
Hi,
We are unable to interrogate popup window in Chrome browser, is this a limitation of universal web adapter? The popup window uses a URL and not a message dialog box.
We tried to run same web application in internet explorer and we're able to interrogate without any problem.
Please advise.

Our issue is resolved by adding a user interaction to execute the RematchChildren method when the windows pop-up opened.

1. In Universal Web adapter properties make sure "HookChildProcesses" ="true".
2. If you still face issue, let us know if the popup is chrome window popup or web based popup. A screenshot of issue causing popup would help me to answer. Depending on the type of popup based on screenshot, methods to interrogate varies.

HookChildProcesses =true already and still an issue attached is a screen shot. The "Max - Google Chrome" window is the popup.

As per the attached screenshot, ideally there is no need of any additional settings to interrogate the popup window, as it is html page. As per screenshot the popup have been hosted with windows.open(). Hence need more information.
1. Exact version of Robotics Studio and operating system you are using.
2. Enable verbose level logging and attach studio logs while interrogating.
