Kindly share the server log from server directory(\Apache\apache-tomcat-7.0.65_Pega73\logs) capturing the reported issue.

Make sure to use the ANT_HOME and supported JDK version as explained in the above discussions and look into the logs that will be generated in your installation media for more information.
