Chat Login Error
hi all,
installed the Chat server, Configured the Same in PRPC, created Queue and Skill
Assinged the required skill to CSR.
Open interaction portal and login to the Chat.
at this point it is not connecting to the Chat Server.

are you getting any errors in the prpc logs, also what version are you using?

There are no Errors in the Pega logs.
We are using 7.2
understand that the issue is with Port .
We are using load balancer and so the Port Firewall issue has arrised.
How do we hande the XMPP traffic (port 5280)? this could be load balanced as well?

On reviewing the corresponding SR, we see that it has been resolved. SA-49668 was created as a result of the investigation. Please reference that if you have the same question.
