Auto queue management
How many times will an agent re-queue a queue item for processing(Auto queue management is checked) ?
Is there a limit to the number of tries ?

Hi,
You can see the Auto queue management working below.
if it is using AMQ then once it fails it goes to broken queue after that user has to fix it and resume it
It will again go to processing queue
