Hi All,

We have a requirement where we want to use the email listener created in multitenant environment(shared layer) and we want to reuse it in tenant environment (Tenant 1). This listener will basically read an inbox and will create a work object. We want to create the same work object in tenant environment using the same listener. Currently I am not able to edit in tenant layer as it has got some restriction for the rules defined in shared layer. Could you please suggest how I can reuse the email listener here or do I need to create a separate listener in the tenant environment to achieve the requirement.
