Open Span unable to open CRM application in Pega Robotics excersice system
Started working on exercise system, installed the CRM application
While working with Windows adaptors, After specifying the Path and start the interrogation am getting the below error.
Unable to start process CRM.exe.
Start process injected C:\Program Files (x86)\openSpan\CRM Setup\CRM.exe failed. Could somebody provide an insight on this.

Hey,
Assuming this is the creator's update issue then that has actually recently been fixed in Robotics version 8.0.1061+. Assuming this is the issue, which is what it sounds like, upgrading to 8.0.1063 should resolve it.

I suspect this is an issue with your version of Windows 10 OS. There is currently a known interrogation issue with version 1703. You can check your version by entering 'winver'. We are currently working on a fix. In the meantime, you can resolve this issue by uninstalling the Windows update that installed the Windows Creators update on your machine (check the Microsoft website for more information on this update). We also suspect that if you install to the most current Windows updates (so that your version will be higher that 1703) your issue may be resolved, however, this has not been definitively confirmed and should be treated as a test.

Hi - The 8.0.1063 is this available for download like Pega PE ? I got Robotics 8.0.1045 from training exercise download.
