I can not enter mine exercise system
I try to enter the exercise system for 'System Architect Essentials' but when the system is made ready after clicking Open execrcise system i can't login. I 'll get the message 'The information you entered was not recognized.'. What can i do about this?

I am able to login to the exercise system for Systems Architect Essentials course(7.2). The credentials for the application (cloud based) is provided on the each exercise. For example: Exercise: 'Adding process steps to a stage' has credentials as below:
