Post upgrade Pega 7.3.0 Version issue : Interaction displayed in left pane on browser refresh
Pega Cloud Environment Version - Pega CRM 7.22 on Pega 7.3.0
Pega cloud team recently updated the cloud version from Pega 7.2.1 to Pega 7.3.0 version. Post upgrade we are seeing that if user refreshes the portal with refresh icon, interaction displayed in the left pane.
Note: it is not happening with CA Sysadmin login
Any thoughts/help?

Pega Response : A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules: On refresh of the browser , the child iframe's width is not calculated properly. This needs to be set to browser's width using css.
Apply HFIX-37496.
