Image issue in Email corrspodence

Hi,

I have include a image in Email corrspodence and am not able to see it in the email message received in outlook(Showing x mark symbol).

I am using pega 7.3.0

Can any one suggest me the steps to follow for including image in email.

Hi Ramprasad,

  1. You need to create the Binary File in webwb directory with your extension and upload the file.
  2. Now you can use the below tag to include your image,<img alt="" src="webwb/happy.png" style="max-width: 100%;" />
