Rules Check in - server hanging
Hi,
When we check in the rules, check in window is getting hanging like below attachment, when i close the rule and reopen the rule is already checked in.
When i see the tracer, always it is ending at pyActivity=Work.-pzSubmitAssignment
logs, i did not get any useful information, any help would be appreciate.

Hi Srinivas,
If possible can you share the tracer log and the Pega logs specific to your checkin use case functionality, so that we can investigate further.

I see you checked the log files but did not see anything useful. Did you check the alert logs as well as the PegaRULES log?
