Category's dropdown not getting populated under shortcut rule
while creating shortcuts for reports, in shortcut we have a category drop down that one not getting populated

Here for the shortcut you are using Owner Type as Standard. Make sure the categories you want to show here are also created under the same owner type. Then only it will show up.
