Getting •pyCommitError:** Database save using an insert failed when creating work object
Hi Team,
We are getting the error "pyCommitError:** Database save using an insert failed" error when we try to create case. This issue is not happening in other environments but in UAT we are seeing this issue. Looked for PYID and Pzinskey in db whether PRPC is trying to creating with same pyid and pzinskey that already exist in DB. But i could not see this ID or PZinskey.
Logs just showing me pyCommitError: ** Database save using an insert failed and SQL Inserts...
What else could be the reason for this error. Any suggestion how to overcome this issue.....

if this is not a "unique constraint" violation, check if the class is mapped to the correct DB table? And you say nothing is written (even exception stack) to logs? Probably TRACER will help
