Pega Marketing 7.2.1 extended IH columns are not populated with values
Hi, please can anybody advice if I am missing any step during the extending IH in Pega Marketing? I followed this documentation related to Extending IH: (RESOLUTION)

I also double check the chapter Extending Interaction History in DSM Installation manual.
My problem is, that I can see the custom columns being populated with values in BATCHOUTPR tables, but these values are not mapped to IH FACT table. Where can be the problem? Do I have to configure something more than it is written in the manuals?

Upon reivewing the associated SR, SA-41473 Extended IH Columns are not populated with values has been generated as a resolution. If you have the same question, please reference this SA.
