Thank you for posting the query. You can get the details of the last run start, last run finish and Next run time of a particular agent from SMA->Agent Management->Agents landing page. There is no OOTB feature available which lets you know whether an agent was run last week.

For custom agent you can capture the execution timings in a separate table and do some scheduled reporting on the same to find out your data.

For OOTB agent it is difficult to find out all required MI information. We are using our custom java code to access agent MBean to get all information. You can use pr_perf_stats if it suits your purpose.
