Steps in the life cycle of cases not visible after flow is saved in Pega 7.2.1

Hi all,

I am currently doing SSA 7.2.1 course. In the practice VM while solving exercises I am seeing following behavior.

In the case designer, if added a new step (e.g. Approve/Reject ) and then opened process flow and configure something in flow rule directly. When I come back to the case designer I don's see any steps for that flow

Hi Aniket,

You can see the step like behaviour in 7.1.9. From 7.2 the step behaviour is change to process where we can perform asssignments like steps.Like that we can add the process for the case design.

Hi Aniket,

Steps will be visible in the case designer until the flow is modified using the flow rule by clicking on the open process.
