Requirement to display Step Count in Case Life Cycle Gadget
Customer has requirement to view Cases that are waiting in each Step .
We are on 7.2.2 , the current Case life Cycle gadget displays only count of Cases for each stage but not for steps. We did some customization to display step counts. But i was looking for OOTB feature if any available in any other gadgets or release for this specific requirement.

We did using Custom DB functions based on Assign- , Work Tables. But that my cause performance issues .

Hi,
I don't see any such Gadget even in 8.1, I guess customization is the only way.
I guess you would have checked Data-Gadget class as well.
