automate the dynamic web controls: pega robotics
hi All,
iam trying to automate the dynamic web controls that appear on dropdown select change but the interrogated controls are not appearing when Automation is ran.
can someone explain me how to do that.
Scenario:
i have dropdown list,when the value is changed from A to B in the list manually, 3 text boxes appear. But the same is not happenig through BOT though the value of dropdown is changed.
dropdown value is changing but the textboxes are not appearing.

Most likely the Select control raises an event when it is changed. This event then triggers the text boxes to appear. Look at the Html to see if you can discern what this event is, you can then use the RaiseEvent method of the Select control to make that event happen.

forgot to mention, i have already tried raise event, focus,blur and few more. but nothing is turning our way. onchange is the event in HTML.
Please can u give some hint what should i do? i use pega Robotics

Hi,
Please share the html source page. Let's see if we have anything. Do mention the dropdown control name.
We will work out something. I had this issue and able to fix it with a raise event.
